1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All creative materials included in your monthly subscription envelopes—including the original hand-painted watercolor postcards, custom bookmark illustrations, pocket verse card designs, custom envelope art, and written devotional reflections—are the exclusive intellectual property of The Canvas & Covenant Club by Nano. They are protected by United States and international copyright laws. These items are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not digitally replicate, mass distribute, resell, or claim the artwork as your own.

2. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Policy

By subscribing to The Canvas & Covenant Club, you explicitly agree to a recurring monthly fee of $16.00 (inclusive of standard packaging and shipping fees). Your account will be automatically billed on the same calendar day every month.

3. Cancellation & Pauses

There are no long-term commitments or binding contracts. You can easily pause or cancel your ongoing monthly subscription at any time by logging directly into your subscriber customer portal or emailing us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled monthly renewal date.

4. Shipping & Delivery Limitations

We fulfill and ship out monthly packages via tracked shipping options. While we pack every rigid mailer meticulously to prevent damage, we are not directly responsible for standard package delays, routing errors, or delivery failures caused entirely by regional postal transit services.
